Each dress has a style-specific garment measurement table in centimeters and a separate body size reference. Compare with a similar garment you own.
How should I care for my dress?
Follow the material-specific care information on the product page. Knit garments generally benefit from gentle handling and flat drying.
Where do you ship?
Free standard shipping to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. We do not ship to territories, PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How does the cutoff work?
07:00 PM CST (GMT−06:00), fixed year-round. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. After-cutoff and non-business-day orders enter handling calculations on the next business day.
Can I return a dress?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Ordinary returns must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition with original packaging and tags. Reasonable fitting is allowed. Contact us for authorization.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay for our errors, defects or damage. You pay for a change of mind. No restocking fee applies. These ordinary return conditions do not exclude damaged, defective or incorrect item claims.
When will an approved refund arrive?
Within 10 calendar days of approval, to the original payment method.
How are payments and orders confirmed?
Review the total before authorizing payment. Payment and order confirmations depend on the actual processing outcome. Contact support if you need help checking a payment or order.
Are taxes charged at checkout?
Checkout displays $0.00 tax. We do not claim the products are legally tax-exempt.
